Travel and error 年末旅行

Sorry it’s been so long.  Things just haven’t been overly exciting recently.  The biggest bit of excitement came with the recent Mumbai terrorist attack in that my travel plans for the South of India during the Christmas break have been cancelled.  The thought of getting kidnapped, shot or blown up really put a damper on the desire to go there.  Oddly, this is the second time I’ve had travel plans scuttled due to terrorist activity.  The first time was due to 9/11.  Seems trivial though given that at least I’m still alive.
すみません。久しぶりですね。最近、面白くないのでブログのポストをしなかった。でも、先日僕の南インドの旅行を取り止めました。本当に危ないですね。世界中たくさん所は危なそうですね。テーロルので２回旅行を取り止めました。初めての９／１１の時です。でも、また存命していますですね。

So, since I would still like to head out of Hong Kong for the holidays, I’m currently looking at other options after which, I hope to have more pictures and stories to relate.  Right now the top contender is Tokyo.  In all the years I’ve been travelling to Japan, I’ve never set foot in the capitol.  Seems like a good opportunity.  Besides, Japan is a good place to be for New Year’s.
年末休み中、香港から出かけたいので新しい予定を作ります。今、東京に行くと思います。実は東京に行ったことない。面白い市でしょうね。でも、鎌倉の大仏と日光神社を見たい。飛行機チケットを買いましたけどまだホテールの予約がありません。
